So first off you are going to need a few ingredients:
4 small onions
1 striploin steak
1 large baguette
provolone cheese
balsamic vinegar
arugula
sea salt
fresh ground black pepper
extra virgin olive oil
mustard
Step 1
Chop your onions into thin strips , and sautè them in a pan with about two tbl. spoons of olive oil.

Step 2
Cut your steak into thin strips, and cover them in salt pepper and olive oil

Step 3
Shred the Provolone

Step 4
Grill the steak on high heat and melt the cheese on top once they are cooked

Step 5
Pour some balsamic vinegar in the pan with onions and put them on the baguette

Step 6
Put the steak on top of the onions and and cover it in arugala

Step7
Drizzle some mustard on top and close it up

Bam!

The verdict:
Jackie - Fresh cheese, fresh meat, fresh bread, fresh rocket. What else could I possibly ask for? Maybe a chair with a back on it and a cushion perhaps? The negative amount of money I contributed to the night must go somewhere.
Paul - Definitely the badass cousin of the traditional philly cheese steak family. super easy to make, minimal ingredients, and super tasty. It probably would've tasted better if i ate it IN Phillidelphia though.
Jordan - Super simple + super delicious = Mega kickass! This sandwich only took us about 15 minutes to make and I was the only one who was able to finish mine, not a bad meal for 3 and it definitely classes up the traditional sandwich recipe. In my opinion the second best sandwhich I ever ate (the best was a bbq duck clubhouse)
Bonus:
Well we were making this excellent meal we were entertained by the sounds of Casius as remixed by Don Diablo. This litte number has a real poppy upbeat sound that makes you just want to dance. I played it out the other night and it murdered the dancefloor don't sleep on this track I predict it will be another one of this winters anthems.
