Jaden, also known as DJ JayFresh, has been spinning music for over 7 years. 2010 has been a promising year with JayFresh playing with some of western Canada’s best DJ’s and party rockers including Excision, Bryx, Stickybuds, WakCutt, and Degree, as well as The Redbull 2010 DJ Competition in Edmonton and the many awesome current and up-and-coming DJ’s in Grande Prairie. 2010 also included the official launch of Funkin Your Area Productions in Grande Prairie that brings world-class talent and music events to this area. JayFresh's sound comes from a wide range of music. In his electronic sets, you can hear him playing a wide variety of NuFunk, Breakbeat, Electro, Dubstep, DnB, Baltimore, Hip Hop, Fidget/Bassline, Midtempo, and Glitch Hop. With quick, seamless mixes and transitions from genre to genre, as well as an unmatched library of music, you can hear something fresh in every single one of his sets.
In this OH SNAP! EXCLUSIVE MIX, it has been a mix of my favorite tracks that I’ve played out at some point over the past few months. This is similar to how you can expect to hear me on a club night. You can hear JayFresh play at monthly shows at the Pourhouse and various other venues in Grande Prairie. Expect to hear more of JayFresh throughout Alberta and BC in the future, as well as the 2010 Astral Harvest Music Festival this summer.
